ON DETAIL DAY

A little preparation helps us focus on the work that matters most.

  • Clear your belongings. Please remove valuables and personal items. Anything left behind may be bagged and returned after the detail.
  • Make the vehicle accessible. Have keys ready and remove child seats if you want the area under them cleaned. We do not reinstall child seats.
  • Review the quote. Unexpected heavy conditions or specialty work are discussed before any price change.

Before your appointment.

Clear expectations make for a better detail. Here are the questions most people ask first.

Are you fully mobile?

Mobile appointments are available by arrangement. Water and electrical access may currently be required depending on the location. A fully self-contained mobile setup with a generator and onboard water tank is planned for the future.

How long does a full detail take?

A Basic Full Detail may take around 2–4 hours, while a Signature Full Detail often takes about 4–7 hours. Times are estimates and depend on vehicle size, condition, stains, pet hair and add-ons.

What counts as small, medium and large?

Small covers coupes, 2-door cars, compact cars and 4-door sedans. Medium covers small–mid-size SUVs/crossovers. Large covers full-size 4-door trucks, large/3-row SUVs, vans, HD trucks, lifted trucks and vehicles with oversized tires.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Submit a quote request or call/text us. After we review the vehicle and service, we'll contact you to coordinate a day and time that works. There is no instant booking calendar.

How should I prepare for my detail?

Remove valuables and personal belongings, have the keys available, and let us know about any stains, pet hair or other special concerns. For mobile appointments, access to water and electricity may be needed.

Can pricing change after I book?

If the vehicle is significantly different from the condition described, the price may be adjusted before work begins. Any change should be discussed and approved first.

What does the 5-Year Ethos coating package include?

The complete exterior wash, paint decontamination, two-step compound-and-polish correction, panel preparation and Ethos Graphene Matrix V2.0 application are included. Pricing is custom-quoted after an individual paint-condition assessment because correction time and paint condition vary from vehicle to vehicle.

Does the Ethos coating come with a 5-year warranty?

No warranty is implied. The product is advertised by Ethos for 5+ years of protection, but actual durability depends on maintenance, use and environment. The coated vehicle needs protection from moisture for at least 48 hours after application.

What other paint protection do you offer?

We also offer a separate 6+ month ceramic spray protection upgrade, one-step paint enhancement, and individual two-to-three-step correction quotes. A spray coating is not the same as our full long-term Ethos coating package.

Weather

Outdoor or mobile appointments may need to be adjusted or rescheduled when weather conditions would prevent a safe, quality detail.

Rescheduling

If plans change, please give as much notice as possible so the appointment can be moved and the time can be offered to another customer.

Vehicle Condition

Heavy pet hair, smoke, excessive staining, biohazards, severe neglect or oversized/lifted vehicles may require additional time and an adjusted quote with approval before work begins.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we'll use it to respond about your quote or appointment. We won't send marketing messages unless you ask us to. Standard message and data rates may apply.
